Cancellation terms and conditions

We understand that plans can change. Here are our terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds:

1. Cancellation no later than 30 days before the start date/time of the tour:
   • The full amount will be refunded, less a handling fee of DKK 75 per order (order number).
2. Cancellation between 30 and 14 days before the start date/time of the tour:
   • 75% of the full amount will be refunded, with a minimum of DKK 75 per order (order number).
3. Cancellation between 30 and 14 days before the start date/time of the tour:
   • 50% of the full amount will be refunded.
4. Cancellation less than 7 days before the start date/time of the tour:
   • No refund.

How to cancel

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to kontakt@aafartenskanoudlejning.dk

The email must contain:

• Name of the person who made the booking.
• Order number.

Refund

Refunds are made automatically via Nets to the payment card used for the booking.
