Good advice
Place luggage in the center of the canoe.
The person at the back should steer. Ideally, this should be the strongest or most experienced paddler.
There is no public transport to Det Varme Vand. Therefore, it’s a good idea to arrange your own transportation if you plan to canoe there.
Food and drink are recommended for longer trips.
The route is not suitable for racing.
Read all text and route information carefully.
Rules
Wear your life jacket while in the canoe. At least one person in the canoe should be able to swim. Standing up in the canoe while paddling is prohibited.
Canoes must yield to tour boats.
Fishing, lighting fires, and grilling are not allowed while on the water. Protect the nature and surroundings by using trash bins and avoiding littering in the river or canoe.
Show consideration and avoid noisy behavior while in the canoe. Canoes should not be tied together, and the use of duct tape or similar on equipment is not permitted.
Call or text at Tlf: 40553003 when your trip is finished and the canoes have been returned to the correct location. It’s a good idea to take a photo of the returned canoe as proof.
